API REST - How to get issue links list of an issue

Hi guys! for some reason, I can access issuelinks from one project but not from another that has exactly the same access rights. Is there any logs I could set to debug the API Calls?

For others with the same problem: the problem depends on the visibility of the linked issues field in the field configuration of your project. It might be not visible!
