I am a novice user of Jira. I have browsed many forums but I can not find the answer to my question.
I have "User" type tickets with a custom field named "Email". This field contains an email address.
During a transition, I would like to configure the sending of a personalized email to the email address entered in this custom field.
This can be done using Jira Misc Workflow Extension add-on.

I followed the tutorial, I followed all the steps and it does not work. I think this is due to the small note "This option is only available to Jira Service Desk customers." Unfortunately I use Jira Software.
It's really a shame! I don't understand that something so simple is so complicated to implement.
