Scriptrunner Custom Mail Listener

Hi

I would like to know if someone find the way to send Custom Mails with scriptrunner listener using Jira templates. 

I've tried to copy a template from <JIRA-INSTALL>\atlassian-jira-software-8.5.8-standalone\atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\classes\templates\email\html but is not working and looks hard to understand the calls it does.

I think it would be a lot easier to use an app built for sending custom emails like ours: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211069/notification-assistant-for-jira-email?hosting=server&tab=overview

Hi

In this case we can't use external plugins, that's why we're looking  for an other way to do that. 

Thanks anyway for the plugin, we're checking it for future cases.
