How to add group as request participant in Jira Service Desk

We have use use case where customer would like to add group as request participant, what it the best way to add group as request participant?

We don't want to use organization for this use case.

hello @Narpat Khatri , unfortunately you can't achieve this today as per JSDSERVER-4531
