Export list of organizations and number of customers/users for each one.

Ali Azzam November 19, 2019

We have changed hotline policy and our clients are now only allowed to have two people from their organization with access to Service Desk. We have a lot of organizations created and would like to avoid manual check of each organization. Is it possible to find or export a list of all companies showing how many customers/users each company have?

Then we don`t need to check every organization and just need to contact to the companies with more than 2 customers/users.

Hello Ali,

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, JIRA does not have a feature to export Service Desk customers together with their respective organizations.

We have a feature request created to implement this useful functionality:

Ability to export users and organization per projects

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

For now, there's an app that may provide you with this functionality: Better PDF Exporter for Jira (PDF View). As you can see in this documentation, you can export organizations using that app.

Let me know if you have any questions.

The suggested app is not exporting users by organizations, but it exports a list of issues and their reporter's organization.

There are any other available options for this issue?
