I would like to exclude an email address from receiving notifications from JSD.
We have a supplier to whom we send tickets to from JSD and when we have sent a case to them, we receive a confirmation email back from their ERP.
If I have notifications turned on for that email address, JSD will send back that a new case has been created. I want to avoid the systems sending notifications back and forth.
Is there a way to exclude an email address from all notifications?
