Error after version update to 8.18.1

Error after update to 8.18.1 (jira core and jira software) and jira service desk (4.18.1).

the error is attached.

I have try to get the zip file but is not available.

Hi! 

 

Do you have some info in the logs atlassian-jira.log and catalina.out? 

Yes, but after change the mysql driver version from 8 to 5.1.49, everything is working fine.

PS: I have changed the mysql driver version to 8 because after the upgrade, the system alert me about the driver version. My version was 5.1.48. This driver version not working with update 8.18.1.

The issue was fixed and everything is working like a charm.
