I want to user the Jira power-up for Trello, but the tickets show as attachments instead of as a ticket summary, like it suppose to be. What should I do?

Exact happenings: Add Start/End date on card in Trello 4/1-4/15; Planyway shows 4/15-4/29. Correct date on Planyway; Trello card auto changes from 4/1-4/1. Repeat.
