Trello Premium for Facility-Level, Phase-Level, and Cross-Functional Project Views

We are currently evaluating Trello Premium as a potential project management platform. We have a specific multisite healthcare-staffing rollout use case involving parallel Sales and Operations workstreams, facility-level project management, cohort/phase views, conditional workflows, automation, and executive reporting. Is there a way to meet with a Trello solutions or product specialist to validate whether Premium can support this architecture?

For your use case, Jira is a more suitable software. Here's why:

• It can handle both Sales and Operations work streams through work item types and workflows where you decide which statuses will be included for Sales and for Operations
• You can have different boards for sales and operations while in Trello you would have to switch between boards
• For better grouping of the tasks you can use components that are project specific vs labels that are used globally
• Jira handles reporting on a deeper level; Summary tab has a detailed structure of what was done, is something due and more
• Jira also has individual capacity that can help you with tracking the workload of your teams
• You can add custom fields that can be appearing on different screens: e.g., you need a read-only field in Jira you would use View Screen
• You can also customize permissions but this only applies if you are on Premium plan. Trello is limited in terms of control who can do what in more details
