I'm using Trello in my Chrome browser using iOS. It keeps asking to authorize Evernote, regardless of whether I have Evernote open in the same browser or in the Evernote app. I authorize and get a confirmation to say it's authorized, it's authorized in the Trello settings and also in Evernote, but bugger all is happening.
Quite frankly, it's worse than useless not being able to attach my Evernotes.
Hi @Nikki Shaw 👋
Welcome to the Community! I've taken a look into your issue and it turns out this is quite a common issue that's happened across the years:
This seems to happen if 3rd party cookies are disabled, there are extensions that are interfering with redirects and popups, or there are other security features enabled. The overall recommendations appear to be:
Have Trello and Evernote open in the browser - Open the board menu - Click the Evernote Power-Up - Click remove personal settings - Reauthorize Evernote.
If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend contacting Trello support here >> https://trello.com/en-GB/contact
I hope this helps but if you have any other questions just ask away 😃
All the best,
Laura
Thanks, but that's what I've done. As I've said above, I've had them both open in tabs in the browser. I've deauthorized and re-authorized and still it goes round in a circle.
Quite frankly at the moment, I'd rather try some other project board software, since this is worse than useless.
I've looked at the support link you've sent and that's a waste of time. All I can do is explore the community, ie here, or read the how to guides... Since I've followed all the recommendations from other community posts, then this is worse than useless.
