I'm currently setting up my Jira Service Management instance in the Assets module. I'm adding a custom field to retrieve the user. I've added the attribute correctly, but it doesn't retrieve the list of users. The attribute is set up correctly. The users are active and belong to a group I'm using in the attribute. I don't know where the error is. Can someone help me?
Hi and Welcome,
i assume you have a objecttype like this, where you a a user attribute and define a group for the users .
When you create a object from the obejcttype und have to set in one character to the user, when yopu simple click in it , it shows you no options.
