Atlassian have courses which are interactive (you get a talk, then some laboratory work to actually practice what was talked about and ask questions). Start at https://www.atlassian.com/university for those.
Many of the Atlassian solution partners contributed to these, and some deliver them on behalf of Atlassian (I used to, but I'm not a good trainer. A good teaching assistant apparently, but not the talking in front of a crowd)
The other option if you want something more personalised to your needs, on-site, or if the courses aren't of a format that suits you is to get in one of the solution partners who does training. See https://www.atlassian.com/partners/search and look for "training" under the "products" section.
