Ok, so make it faster. 

I'm sorry that the response is vague, but telling us that something is slow doesn't give us anything to work with.  You need to explain what you're seeing as "slow".  What JIRA server you are using.  Where you and your server are, and so-on

Ours is also pretty slow. We're using Atlassian Cloud. Any idea how we speed it up?

Nothing really.  Get a faster network connection is the only thing you can do - other factors are mostly down to the data centre hardware, which you can't do anything about.
