tempo timesheets update: can't access other team timesheets

Andrey Zhupanenko
May 19, 2014

just update to version 7.9.1 and have some problems:

1. All teams were erased, but I added them manually

2. I'm JIRA global admin, but I can't see timesheets for teams, where I'm not team leaded. How to fix that?

3. If i added JIRA group to TEMPO team, how can I change role for each team member?

Hi Andrey,

Sorry for your inconvenience, I am glad you could recover your teams. We have not heard about this problem before and it might be useful to see the Jira logs so we can investigate what happended. You would need to create an issue in our Tempo support Project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS) and attach the atlassian-jira.log file.

To view the Timesheet of a Team, you need to be Team lead or have the "Approve Timesheet" permission for this Team. See also https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Team+Timesheetfor more information.

That you can not edit Team members that are added to the Team by JIRA group is a bug. I have sent this to the development team for maintenance.

Kind regards,

Susanne
