team managed project: how to display all workflows on the board

Hello!

Hope someone can assist. I'm trying to display all workflows on the board, but it only allows me to show one workflow at a time.

Task/Subtask workflow: Topic > Approved1 > Approved2 > To do > In progress > Review > Done

Basic task workflow: To do > In progress > Done

I need help figuring out how to display everything simultaneously, as shown below.

Topic	Approval1	Approval2	To Do	In progress	Review	Done
tasks/subtasks	tasks/subtasks	tasks/subtasks	tasks/subtasks, basic task	tasks/subtasks, basic task	tasks/subtasks	tasks/subtasks, basic task

I am afraid that creating a second board is the only real solution for you. Here is an article on how to do that:

Hello @Lorraine Llarena 

With a Jira Business/Work Management type of project, that is not possible. Such projects can display only one workflow at a time within their boards.

If you have the Jira Software product as part of your instance, and if you have a license for that, then you could leverage that functionality to create a second board to show the issues in your JWM project. In that second board you could show both workflows at the same time.
