service desk customer notifications organization added

Is it possible, by some text editing on the Organization Added rule for the Customer Notifications settings to make it so that for some organizations, all customers are notified when a member of their group adds a new request, while for other organizations, this new request notification is turned off?  I have more than one organization of customers on a service desk, and they want different things.  TIA.

Jim,

today the customer notifications "organization added" rule is per project. You may wish to add a suggestion w/ Atlassian.
