"View as Wallboard" gives me blank screen

When I click on the options ANY of my dashboards, select "View as Wallboard", the browser then only displays a blank screen.

Sorry to hear you are facing this problem.

There's a couple of possible bugs that could be causing your dashboard data to display a blank page when selecting to "View as a Wallboard". Please, follow the steps below to properly troubleshoot it:

1 - Check if the problem happens when you are in incognito mode and using a different browser.

2 - Check if you might be facing any of the bugs below:

Sprint burndown and Sprint health gadget not working properly in IE11 

Sprint Health Gadget not showing data in Wallboard mode 

View Dashboard as Wallboard shows blank page after closing and reopening browser 

3 - If the bugs above do not apply to your current scenario, please provide us what gadgets you are currently using in your dashboard together with the respective filters added to the gadgets.
