I am currently an administrator of our cloud hosted Jira and Jira Service Desk. I have added a new user to the default Jira and Jira Service Desk groups and that user can see the Jira projects but not help desk. So I then went in to check the user and the groups, but whenever I try to access the group information I get the error "Group details could not be retrieved" and nothing is displayed.
I am unsure who to resolve this issue.
This is the access I have set and the user still cannot see the service desk project.
