want to edit the customer create screen.

normal conditional logic of forms is not enough. want to add logos based on choices user makes in dropdown or similar.

In what way is it not working, specifically? Is it failing to work as described, or is what you want to do not supported? If it is failing to work as described, what is the code in your behaviour? What is the result of its execution?

What do you mean by "is it failing to work as described".

Here https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/behaviours/behaviours-supported-fields-and-products it is described that behaviours are not supported in Jira Service Desk (red X). So i guess it`s not working at all.

What i tried was to trigger anything (e.g. write a log) when customer create screen appears (on load). This does not work in JSD. Same trigger event works for create screens in software projects so i guess it`s just not supported in JSD.

(goal would be it should detect a preset value from a field on load and according to that show an image / logo (png/jpg).
