I would like that only reporter, assignee and Admin can see ticket in JSM.
The Issue security is limit only to one of the three I need.
Do you have an idea?

To confirm, you're saying that even agents would not see the issues? In most JSM implementations, your agents will be trusted to view all issues regardless of whether they're assigned or not.
