Hello! Im trying to add new team member to our jira, but the person cannot get my new team member does not recieve invitation email. and also verification email. what should I do?

I found 3 total email addresses from your domain on our mail service suppression list due to errors returned by your organization's mail server. I removed all these addresses from the suppression list, so if your new team member was one of these 3 people, our mail service will actually send the email the next time you attempt to "Resend Invite" from the Admin hub.
If the new team member isn't at the same email domain as you or the other current members of your Cloud site, or if they still don't receive the invitation email, please let me know!

There is the possibility that the email is bounced, but it would be necessary to open a support ticket with Atlassian to check about it.
so you can wait a moment + check junk mails
then create an atlassian ticket
