Since yesterday, no one in my company has been able to log in to Jira. We use Microsoft login (SSO), and after authenticating through the Microsoft login page, it redirects back to Jira but stays stuck on a continuous loading screen. It seems to be caught in some kind of loop.
I checked the Atlassian status page, and it shows that all services are operational.
We don’t have an alternative login method, as all our services are set up to use Microsoft login. Interestingly, Bitbucket is working fine—this issue appears to be affecting only Jira. We’ve also tried using incognito mode and different browsers, but the problem persists across all users in the company.
We also use Microsoft login (SSO), no issues on our side. It might be some port or firewall or node in your side?
license was expired, after renewing the license it worked. but I feel it should show a proper error message.
