many issues during and after installation

Hi,

We had installed jira-software, service desk and core to one of our servers with oracle database connection our oracle db is 

Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit 

server is windows 2016

After reinstall issues were resolved
