I set the property jira.table.clos.linkedissues in jira-config.properties file but it is not working. How to customize the view of Linked issues section of view issue page?

Which version of Jira are you looking at? And do you mean cols instead of clos ? (A spelling mistake will break these settings!)

Its a typo. I mentioned it correctly in the properties file. version of jira is 5.2.5.

Bother, I'd hoped you were on an older version (and I apologise for having to ask about the spelling - I'm a bad speller and a dreadful typist, so when I see a miskey, I have to check!)

I'm afraid Atlassian broke this in 4.3 and haven't fixed it yet - see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-25151
