but i would like to know if jira 4.1.1 and Redhat 7.4 are compatible
thanks a lot for feedback
Does Redhat 7 run the version of Java you need to support Jira 4.1.1?
If it does, then yes, they are compatible. But I would not use Jira 4, it has know security flaws and you really should upgrade as soon as possible.
actually my server is in Redhat 5.5 and java version "1.6.0_20"
i need to upgrade to java version 1.8 or open JDK 8 and Redhat 7.4
But i can't upgrate Jira because Jira need REST to be used for creating Web services All my services Web are using SOAP protocol Web services

No. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA041/Supported+Platforms
You really do need to upgrade to at least 6 to be secure though.
