in Jira Insights cloud how do you create an attribute where you can select multiple values?

Would like to be able to create an attribute where i can enter in multiple values from a list or dropdown. For example, I want to field to include all the Techs that can support the app.

Hi @Alvin , welcome on the community :)

I hope I understood you correctly.

You need to create an attribute with Type Value = Select and save it. After that, you must configure it (cog icon) and set Cardinality. See the attached screenshots...
