Teet,

your inquiry is unclear/incomplete. If you could provide more info that would be helpful. With that said it appears that maybe you are trying to add a preformed salutation and signature every time a comment is added, leaving the body open for user text input. There is no way to do this that I am aware of and unsure if that is desirable. Comments are not always a simple two way conversation between the reporter and current user so the salutation could be inaccurate if canned. With that said, JSD does provide the means of sending automated responses via Automation but that includes the entire comment body.
