how to raise a ticket
Hiiiii abhishek,
At first u must create service desk project (if you have administration permission). then go to project settings of created project and click on request types and make your favorite. you can raise ticket like below in 2 cases:
first: (in portal case)
1- open the Project (Service desk).
2- go to the customer channels.
3- click on visit the portal.
4- next page u can raise your request.
second:
1- open the Project (Service desk).
2- click on Raise a request.
