I need to contact a human being at atlassian who can help me with my email address that was given by atlassian.
I have tried again and again but...

Hello @AdemXYZ
Does this relate to your previous post here?
I can't use my invisible account
What help do you need with your email address?
How are you trying to use the address in relation to Atlassian products? For example are you trying to use the email address to login to an Atlassian product?
In what way are you prevented from proceeding with your use of the email address related to your use of Atlassian products?
Who provided you with the email address?

I do not know how things must be going.
I registered at Invisible two years ago with a gmail address and when I registered I was given another email with the extension of invisible (....@invisible.email) and it was given via atlassian (most probably they cooperate in some sense). I worked for one project at Invisible for one month or so. Then the project finished.
Some weeks later, I noticed that I couldnt access my mail with the invisible account. For months, I have written to many people on slack (invisible)... probably they do not know how to help.
Someone in Invisible told me I should contact Atlassian. But totay someone from this community suggested that I should solve the problem with Invisible. I need the account becaus Invisble sends documents for new projects to this account but I cannot access it

Where did you go to register with Invisible?
It is likely that Invisible uses the Atlassian products, such as Jira or Jira Service Management, as a "help desk" through which they can accept registration requests and then send information back to the requesters with their registration details. In that case the Atlassian tool is just the conduit for transferring the information, like telephones are the conduit for transferring audio information between people. The conduit is not responsible for the content.
It sounds to me like Invisible generated the email for you. If you are not able to access the inbox for that email account that invisible gave to you, that would be a problem that Invisible would need to solve.
It is highly unlikely that Atlassian has anything to do with managing that email account.
If Invisible is telling you that you need to contact Atlassian I would recommend you get a detailed explanation from them as to why they think Atlassian has anything to do with managing access to an email account that was provided to you by Invisible.
