We have following piece of code in our project, I think it is for Jira Help Desk.

in console, we are getting 

GET https://jsd-widget.atlassian.com/api/embeddable/xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx/widget 403
JSD Widget: Encountered a problem retrieving widget configuration

Due to these errors, our page is not working on Mobile browsers.

We dropped it from our system, following may help you out.

Check if you have a project in JIRA that has type "Service Desk"? If so, get widget code as guided in screenshots at https://embedded-jsd.atlassian.io/?
