I have list of jira tickets in my filter , I would like to count the numbers displayed on Custom fields data. the data type is a number and I would like to get a summary of all these numbers. how can I add this to be displayed on my dashboard.
Hi @Moran Brami,
Your best option here is to use the Issue Filter Formula or the Advanced issue Filter Formula gadgets offered by our Great Gadgets app.
These gadgets allows applying from simple (SUM, COUNT, MIN, AVERAGE) to complex math formulas against the numerical fields (custom or not) of the issues from one or more filters and to display the results on your dashboard.
Issue Filter Formula - displays the result of a math formula applies on a filter
Advanced Issue Filter Formula - displays up to 6 numbers, based on data from up to 6 filters
This app offers many other gadgets that you will find useful. Have a look over our blog, to make an idea about how many things you can track with our app: https://blog.stonikbyte.com/.

Hello @Moran Brami
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
I don't believe Jira natively has a dashboard gadget that will show the sum of contents of Custom number fields. You will need a third party app for that.
I'm sure there are several. I found this post that mentions two.
