I need to configure a burn up chart, but the final estimate is to be input manually. Yes, we do not follow Scrum to the letter. I forecast the outcome of the month based on historical data. But any add-ons I use only calculate outcome based on the calculation of story points fields of issues ALREADY on sprint, which is not our case. We add things to sprint. Is there an add-on for burn-up charts where I can input the forecasted outcome manually?

I believe this might be what you are looking for: Filtered budget burnup chart. However, It only has support for Jira Server. 

An alternative that is supported in Jira Cloud is Advanced burndown gadget. It also supports burnup chart and can be configured to set ideal burnups and goals.

I installed the Advanced burndown gadget, but it only provides the option of customized JQL. Can't find a way to configure it to set ideal burnups(
