Hi Atlassians,

I hope you can help.

As part of our project, we've recently configured our Jira Service Management and we have included the 'Widget' in our project which works absolutely fine in Google Chrome (Latest Version).

However, in Firefox (end user + Dev browser) we are getting Cookie warnings/errors which when we deploy to production, we obviously don't want.

We see 3 warning errors like this:

Cookie “__awc_tld_test__” has been rejected for invalid domain.

We then see 6 warnings like this:

Some cookies are misusing the recommended “SameSite“ attribute 6
Cookie “__awc_tld_test__” does not have a proper “SameSite” attribute value. Soon, cookies without the “SameSite” attribute or with an invalid value will be treated as “Lax”. This means that the cookie will no longer be sent in third-party contexts. If your application depends on this cookie being available in such contexts, please add the “SameSite=None“ attribute to it. To know more about the “SameSite“ attribute, read https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Set-Cookie/SameSite js.cookie.js:98:3

The line of code we have imported into our project is simply:

         script-start data-jsd-embedded data-key="redacted" data-base-url="https://jsd-widget.atlassian.com" src="https://jsd-widget.atlassian.com/assets/embed.js"script-end

Has anyone seen this before, and does anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks,
Steve
