All users (including Admins) are no longer able to assign work items to other users - can only self-assign. This was known to to be working at 0900, but then stopped. There have been no permission changes, and it is affecting all users across all projects. Atlassian is not reporting any issues on their platform - is anyone else seeing this behaviour?
In addition, all Spaces are showing no users as having access - although users can still view work items within those same Spaces.

Identified as a platform issue.
Since I know it's not just my instance of Jira that is affected and instead is a platform wide issue, I'll close this one off by answering my own question :)
Has it started working by you?
It doesn't work here - and the new status on the status page is that there is no incidents.

Still not working here, and also now, cannot see the tickets raised for it. Just getting "unable to display request". The timeframe for the next update is now past, and their live chat is still broken too.

A huge thank you to Atlassian for their wonderful updates. How can you stop hundreds of companies on Monday morning? Just use Atlassian products.

We experience the same issue. This is so frustrating. I can assign to Rovo Agents though, I guess that was the main purpose, no humans only Rovo to do our work :) ?

the good news (?!) is that at least it's now confirmed as an issue and hopefully will get resolved soon. Holding thumbs it does at least because I have users going mad right now.

I think all cloud product users are waiting for a solution to the problem, since it is simply impossible to work

I was going to click like to show agreement, but I don't actually like it, not one bit!
I hope once this is fixed the rest of your day goes better too :)

Hi Arek,
They have finally confirmed something amiss on the status page. Seems odd it took over 90 minutes for them to notice.
