Workflow transition button e-mail

I have a workflow transition "waiting for approval customer" In the customer portal the customer can approve or not approve.

I want to add a button to the e-mail notification, that the don't have to go to the URL first but immediately can accept.

While that is supported in server it is not in cloud unfortunately

Is there documentation on how to accomplish this in Server? I have a similar scenario. I'm sending an email to users asking them to approve/reject something. Instead of asking them to navigate to the issue in Jira, I'd like to provide them two buttons in the email so they can simply click one and be done. The "Approve" button runs one transition in the issue, and the "Reject" button runs a different transition. Is there a way to set up specific URLs for each transition and use those URLs for hyperlinks to serve as buttons?

We have support for Approve/Decline buttons in email in our add-on Raley Emails Notifications
