Hi Ofer,

I'm not the developer of this add-on, but I have tried it. I think the settings screen is only available if you use the server version.

As it says on the Marketplace listing:

Due to limitations of JIRA Cloud API, cloud version (this plugin) is more limited. It is not possible to implement following features of the server version, sorry:

  • Real-time potential duplicate search in issue creation dialog
  • Quick search from JIRA's upper right search box

According to the add-on manual, the 'Similar Issues Settings' screen relates to the real-time potential duplicate overlay, so I guess that's why it's not there in the cloud version of the plugin.

i.e. There's no need for the settings screen on the cloud version because it doesn't have the real-time search function at the moment.

I think @Deniz Oguz [The Starware] is the developer, so perhaps he can confirm.
