Where did the More functions on the JIRAs go?

I need to move a JIRA to another project but the More button is gone!

They have moved it to the right on the screen - it's now the ... button:

No one have changed my premissions I am Admin.

Ah, Cloud, sorry. You've missed the big box that says "more has moved over here", as Tom has pointed out.
