Where are "Custom Field" settings located?

Where are "Custom Field" settings located?

I can't find the custom fields settings. What was it renamed to? How do I navigate to it?

It was renamed to "Fields" now.

The terminology has been changed from custom fields to fields now. The UI has been changed as well.
