I have users who are service desk agents and can create tickets on behalf of clients. When creating the ticket they want to add clients as participants. When doing this they are able to add anyone who is a Service Desk user and not part of the Organization the ticket is being created for. Is there a way to resolve this issue with internal people adding the wrong client to the wrong ticket?

You can switch on this functionality by going to the Settings > Request participant within your service desk.I hope this link helps.

Thanks for your reply, but I am still wanting to let customer add participants in the portal, but limit the participants my internal people can add based on the organization the ticket is being created for.
