I am trying to export stories and the bugs linked to it. While I export the same, I am unable to get inward linked bugs in my report. It only exports, outward linked stories/bugs.

Welcome to the community.

That issue has been documented in Atlassian's backlog here:

A workaround is to export to HTML as described in this community post:
