When I add the PRIORITY system field to a screen, it displays additional options

The Priority field displays the correct priorities on the issue view, on the dropdown. However, if I add the Priority field on a transition screen, the dropdown displays additional priorities to be selected. It is happening in PROD and I couldn't reproduce the issue in our DEV or STG instances.

Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Hi Gerson,

at this point I only can come up with a more general advise - probably you have some kind of App in place which in past was configured to restrict Priority values (at least on view screen).

Maybe it is a behaviour that was applied or some other App hiding some values?

From Jira itself I doubt there is any option to cause this. Even you state it is in production environment if all other approaches fail you could put the instance to safe mode where all Apps are disabled. If the priority list is then complete you can be sure: this is caused by an App.

Cheers,
Daniel
