What permissions do you need to create a project plan in jira?

What permissions do you need to create a project plan in jira? after making the configuration for it and clicking the "Create" button, it gives me the loading sign and never create the plan

Hi @zarina.ghani,

I was just going through community posts and I've noticed this question along with this one (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Plan-Fails-to-Create-Indefinitely/qaq-p/1653960 ) raised within a very short space of time and I'd suggest that there is some kind of fault that has recently occurred that we'll want to address urgently. I would recommended raising a support request here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and I'll investigate further in the meantime - hopefully it's already being addressed!

Hi @zarina.ghani,

This is an overview of advanced roadmaps permissions. You can check/set them at <you site>.atlassian.net/secure/PortfolioPermissions.jspa:

Basically, if you have Advanced Roadmaps User permission, you should be good to go.

If that is okay, I would suggest to try again.
