We couldn't load item groups

Activity : I'm using JWM board, go to 'LIST' mode, and group the list based on Category
Symptom : Error on left bottom corner, 'We couldn't load item groups'

Connection was fine, because it doesn't happen in other project (only on this one project).

Any solution on this?
