View all Requests Service Desk

I have read many articles relating to this topic, but I have not found an answer. 

I was wondering if there is an option to enable this view to show all issues. Each customer can access this view by clicking on that little user icon in the upper right corner. 

Even though I am an Agent and Admin on our Jira Service Desk I cannot see any issues.

 

The idea is that users can see other Service Desk Request to provide too many duplicates from showing up can giving them an insight on feature requests. 

 

Any suggestions?

 

PS: I read that this might only be available to see for agents? But why then does each customer see this option? And why can't I, as an admin, not see anything in here?

@Fowo AdminI  suggest  you  check  whether you  have  the browse project permission in your JSD  project!
