we have a business email: aphelelesikwebu@awmcharis.com but i can not login with this email. When i try to login with microsoft, i could not get any confirmation mail in my junks or any mail box. Can you check this?

I understand that you are not verification emails. I suspect this is due to the email suppression
Adding to the suppression list is a mechanism to avoid spamming recipient mail servers and indicating that an error has occurred, having identified they are not available to receive the email. The recipient may not be available due to various reasons some of which are, but are not limited to - DNS Resolution, Mailbox being full, Network issues, Firewall rules, Mailbox unavailable, Mail Servers facing reach-ability issues, User not setup, mailbox being inactive, etc.

There are a couple of scenarios to investigate:
1. The service team may have provisioned only the user ID without associating a mailbox.
2. Network connectivity issues could be preventing mail delivery to the user’s mailbox.
Recommend engaging the service team to validate these potential causes.
