Using Entra ID Integration - How to populate custom fields

I am trying to have the custom fields of Job Title and Phone Number auto populate when a customer submits a form through JSM. We set up the JSM Assets - Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Beta Integration but I am not sure how those fields get populated. What do I need to do to make sure those fields are populated upon a form creation?

Hi @ckopanon 

First you would need create an new attribute on users object, this needs to be a user attribute, to linkt the assets user object to a Jira user.

Then you could fill custom assets fields based on the reporter field via automation.
