I have a user within my team that needs their authentication reset however they are not a managed user. How can I do this?
They cannot log in to raise a ticket and I also do not have the power to do it for them.

Are you referring to Multi-factor Authentication? Or is this a simple password reset?
If it is an issue with multi-factor authentication have you and the user worked through all the steps in this document that relate to unmanaged accounts?
