User is not receiving sign up link
Just navigate to the Site URL
If you have invited the user and if the user is present under user management option in your org settings, the user should have access to product

Hi Pramodh,
I checked in user management. status shows as "Has site access" and Actions shows as "Resent invite". but this user is not receiving sign up email.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Give the user your Site URL and ask the user to login to your site. The user should be able to access the site.
Note: Users can create an Atlassian account by themselves if they don't have one at id.atlassian.com
