User can´t remember rescue key

User can´t remember rescue key

I am a Jira administrator and a user set up 2-step authentication and does not remember their recovery keys. He is not a managed user, how can I remove 2-step authentication from the portal and the user can acces again to his count?

User can directly work with Atlassian support. Atlassian support will handle recovery for unmanaged accounts.

He tried but to log in to Atlassian Support was requiered he passwd also, he couldn't
