Unable to save new SLA

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

After some SLA setting update last night, I have been unable to save any new item/goal there. When i click on save, it just disappears from the dashboard. Please contact me to resolve this issue

Welcome to the community.

This seems to be an issue on your instance.

The community is not Atlassian Support, but a forum for Atlassian users to help each other out with problems people might have to solve in relation to global question or opportunities.

You need to be an Jira admin to raise a support request, if you are not please ask your admin to raise a request
